I remember Ernesto Perez Carrillo’s La Historia as the first EPC blend I have ever had. I remember the flavor being absolutely bold, dark and vivid… but that was also 5 or 6 years ago. Now, good ol’ Ernesto has won Cigar of the Year a couple times, and I want to know if La Historia is still as consistent and packed with flavor as I remember. And the only way to find out is with a cut and a light.

This cigar always reminds of a dark chocolate bar, i really enjoy it.
I bought a box after watching an interview with EPC himself saying this was his favorite. I do love the flavors that come out of this thing. Definitely a beautiful blend I will enjoy and try to keep in my humidor.
