A good cigar cutter has got to give a clean cut every time to be worth relying on. That’s I’m going to take you through a torture test of 5 different cigar cutters. First we’ll go full mob boss by cutting through a ballistic replica of dustin’s fingers (bone and all). Then we’ll see how well these cutters do getting a clean cut on a cigar. Let’s see if they have what it takes to get the job done.

  1. I have a Zino twin-bladed straight cutter that I’ve had for about 25 years. Still in original box, but not as sharp as it used to be (of course). It has outlasted many inexpensive cutters. Also, have relatively new Xikar Xi2 and VX2. Both are really sharp and cut well for the past year. Thanks for the video. That Jetline with the special blade was quite impressive.

  2. Lately I find myself using my V cutter more and more because it cuts the cigar without removing the edges of the cap, thus reducing the chances of having wrapper problems, and still allows a good draw.
